Vintage Mini 60s swing dress with bell sleeves

This fantastic vintage piece was handmade and I found it in a sweet vintage shop in Long Beach. Bright red orange color. No tags but made in the 60s. Polyester with sheer overlay and sleeves. Size is more like a large small or a small medium.
