Vintage Mink 70’s-80’s Very Fine Long Coat by Kneeter DesMoines/Omaha NE USA!

Ok so let’s get started. I do not have an appraisal to go along with but I do have details from the conversion I had with the owner of Christian Nebel Furs here in Omaha NE which ran Kneeter for many years. - -Replacement Value is between $15,000-$18,000. -Second hand value is roughly 1/3 of that amount. -Stated that they had not laid eyes on pelts of this quality in many years. -dated it from late 70’s to early 80’s and actually knew the coat because of the monogram. -Stated that is was a very expensive coat and would last the new owner 50+ more years if maintained correctly! That was all said from them, now I can tell you that it will need cleaned simply because of the smell but I’m glad it smells like moth balls! It means they left it alone. This coat is beautiful and even more so in person and on. -Length from collar is 40” and the collar adds another 3”. -Length of sleeve from pit is 18”, cuffs can offer some adjustments along with removal of pockets for style change. -Length of sleeve from shoulder is about 24-25” (hard to get since there is not a seem there) -Pit to Pit is 22” and continues that width to the bottom. -It does have shoulder pads that can be removed as well along with the rear belt.
