Fabulous Vintage Miriam Haskell Belgian Coat of Arms Brooch. Pins are back in style!! It features a crowned shield with a lion, surrounded by floral and ribbon elements, and the motto "L'UNION FAIT LA FORCE" (Unity makes strength). The brooch is signed on the back by the designer Miriam Haskell. It is made of gold-plated brass and is likely from the 50's/60's. It is a 1 7/8 inch square. The brooch is in very good pre-owned condition. The metal is in good condition with some light scratching. The pin in back is in good shape and fastens tightly.
