Vintage Miss Derby Collar Black White Button Front Dress Size 8

This dress is giving me such Chappell Roan Vibes. Full button front in black with tiny dots with detailed buttons and a stark white collar. Cinched waist with some stretch to it. Can also button up for a more conservative look. Midi length, shoulder pads, excellent preloved condion. Fabric content tag has worn out. Will comment that this is a vintage size 8 and it measures as a current size 6.
