Vintage Miss New Yorker Coat Tweed Black White Women’s M/L

Cute vintage jacket. Preowned with normal wear. It looks like the inside by arms have been re-sewn. I am not a seamstress so I dont know the quality of the repair but seems to be holding fine. There is a little spot on the back that looks like would come out easily with cleaning. Tag says to dry clean. There was no size visible. Took measurements listed in pics. I went to try on and would say it is a bigger medium or a smaller fitting large. I am larger busted (28-40 DD) and it wasnt going to button without over extension, if that helps.
