Vintage Misses handmade dress - appr Size 14

Vintage Misses handmade paisley/floral dress - approximate Size 14; This dress has a very full skirt with a small hem as shown. It is a very soft lightweight to medium weight cotton with beautiful paisley and floral patters. It is a mixture of mostly blues and reds with a small amount of green and yellowish orange. It is a handmade dress and has an elastic waistline with a buttoned opening above the waist in front. The red buttons to match are also on the cuffs of the sleeves as shown. The dress does have shoulder pads in it. I believe this dress would be an approximate size 14 - The bust or pit to pit measurement is 40 inches; the waist laying flat is 26 inches but since it is the small elastic it stretches to 36 inches; I did not measure the hip area since the skirt is so full it really doesn't matter. The sleeves measure 22 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the cuff; The dress itself measures 46 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem; it measures 29 inches from the waist to the hem. I believe this dress was from around the 1960's.
