Vintage Mobility Mandy leather ankle boot. Versatile cuff and tongue

interesting pair of cream/ivory leather vintage ankle boots. Tongue and cuff can be worn up or down and is cute both ways. Narrow fitting and the left boot lace is missing the aglets and could use a replacement lace. some scuffs, please see photos. I have not tried to remove these. I'm usually a 6.5-7 and these fit me well, though slightly narrow.
