Vintage Mod Bubble Skirt Dress

Lovely 1960’s or early 70’s dress with a mod look and a bubble style skirt. It has long sleeves and measures it has a winged bodice flaring at the armpits with a 38” bust area, 28” waist and 34” hips. It measures 39” shoulder to hem. It also has removal velcroed in shoulder pads and 22” sleeves. It is made of a soft nylon type material with the same lining only in a solid color. The skirt is pleated and sewn do that it bubbles at the bottom.
