Vintage Mod Fit and Flare Dress

Absolutely gorgeous, likely homemade vintage dress. There are no tags in it, but my dress form is a size 4, and the dress fits it perfectly. There is a hole (as pictured) in the back of one armpit, and there are belt loops, but no belt (loops are easily removed).
