Worn twice, great shape except for minor stain wear belt buckle would sit at waist center front. Belt loops, but belt not included. I recommend pairing with a white patent belt and a petticoat for full swing. Pleating on cups needs re-pleating — see photos. Flattering style, fit-and-flare, swing dress. Circle/dirndl skirt. Skirt length approximately 24.75” from waist. 100% cotton with NO stretch. Some elastic in shoulder straps. Fits a US women’s size 2 perfectly.
