Vintage 1990s witchy velvet dress from Moda International, dark chocolate velvet with large abalone buttons and an empire/babydoll waist. Little hook and eye at the bust seam. Has pockets! Size large. Material is stretchy but it’s made to be worn loosely. Great condition, might be a loose thread here and there but nothing major. Love this with sandals and a giant tote bag.
