Vintage Moda Int’l Velvet Ruched Bubble Prom Dress

Vintage 1980’s or 1990’s prom or evening dress from Moda International. Black Becker ruched bodice with shirring on the back, strapless, zip up back and satin like bubble hem full skirt. There is no fabric or size tag but measures like a current S, please check measurements in photos! The shirring may have lost some of its elasticity but otherwise in great used condition.
