Vintage (likely 80’s-90’s) accordion fabric dress in a modern floral cherry blossom Japanese pattern. Boat neck neckline. Elastic waistband, long balloon sleeves. Size is unmarked, but presumed to be a M. It is very stretchy, and the accordion style makes it difficult to measure, but here are flat measurements- Bust 17”; waist 15”; length 41”
