Vintage Moffat Scotland Pure Wool Plaid Check Tartan Skirt Kilt Sz. 14 UK

There are holes in this skirt, please see photos. Pure new wool Made in Scotland Two straps with buckles Pleated  Wrap style Fringe at the left side front Size 14 (per the tag). IMO this is equivalent to a Small in the US. Measurements are approximate as I am not a seamstress. Taken across the front while lying flat. Waist- 13 inches at the current strap settings; could be tightened  Hip area-  20 inches Length-  27 inches, from the waist to the bottom hem Thank you for looking today :)
