100% wool. Well preserved- exceptional quality. There are two button holes on front waist band but no buttons. No known flaws. Leather band with buckle. Waist flat is about 12 inches. 14 inch length. Buckle allows for tightening or loosening. 16 inch length. Blue, green plaid with red and yellow. No size tag. Please note measurements for sizing.
