Diamond shaped plaid pattern. Elastic waist. Made to mimic a wrap skirt - front panel is loose on one side but sewn in on the other. Soft and warm. Beautiful vintage piece with lots of character and a timeless design that transcends fads and can be just as contemporary today as the day it was made. Could work well for many sizes because of the give of the knit. For a small it would have a looser fit, for medium a regular fit, and for large a hip hugging shape. Also, can be worn higher up or lower at hips.

@harryandcindy16 hi Cindy, the waist is 14"-17" and the hip is 17"-24". I'm a size 8 or 6 and it fits me well. My waist is 32". The elastic in the waist feels fitted for me and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone much larger, unless you change out the elastic or you like it tight. The rest of the skirt is a stretchy loose knit that conforms easily. My hips are 39".

@harryandcindy16 you're welcome. yes, too bad poshmark doesn't do returns. took another look at the skirt and if you're handy, I think the elastic can be taken out fairly easily if you open at a seam and pull it out.
