Vintage Mohair Wool Throw Blanket Handwoven Fringe Donegal Designs Ireland

The Ultimate Retro Throw Blanket! True Vintage and Handwoven from Mohair & Wool in browns and green (earth colors with a pop of jade green). So soft! 100% Pure New Wool (70% Mohair, 30% Wool). Made in Ireland by Donegal Designs, circa 1950s - 60s. Pair with the other, complementary throw in my shop. SIZE: Measures 40+ inches by nearly 60 inches, including fringe (or 52” exclusive of fringe). CONDITION: Excellent! Some expected signs of age and use, such as surface fuzz, but no holes seen (just natural variations in texture). Also, the shape is not completely flat, as typical with organic woven material textiles. Hand wash warm and dry flat.
