Vintage Monica Richards dress

vintage 60's or 70's Monica Richards of California U.S.A. light tan sheer fabric with lace overlay on the upper sleeve and in the front . has,an elastic waistline also has a belt. right sleeve has a couple stains ( see attached picture) other than that there are no rips but still in great condition. size 10 measurements pit to pit 19" length 45"
