SUPER Rare vintage Moschino 1990s, button down navy polka dot blouse. 2 front pockets, back has a flowing cape or it can be tied into a scarf. This top is in great preowned, vintage condition but please look at photos carefully. Some irregularities to the fabric, but no tears. Could use a dry cleaning. See photos for measurements.
