Vintage Mother of Pearl Brooch Pin

Intricately, hand carved mother of pearl brooch pin. Star center with lacy butterflies, or flowers, between each point. Striking against black or you could run a necklace through the pin to wear it as a pendant. Mostly likely from the 1950s to 1960s (from the Art Deco period?) .
