Vintage Mother of Pearl leaf shaped "Mother" Brooch pin

Vintage Mother-of-Pearl iridescent leaf shaped brooch with the word "Mother" written in cursive in black wire. The black wire goes through the leaf to make the pin closure mechanism on the backside. Very unique design. The mother-of-pearl leaf has scalloped edges , as well as ridges to create leaf veins. The iridescent quality of the material brings out luminous colors from different angles and creates a beautiful shimmery effect.
