Vintage 1960s Mr. John Jr. Hat. Exterior is made of black satin and includes a bow. Interior is black and white checkered satin along the inside brim. There are 2 markings that look like pulls on the top from the middle out to the brim - these are not pulls, but rather a result of the stitching/seam (see photos). janeen_280 @michelleharde I went ahead and measured the inside (paperclipping the tape to the inside ribbon to get the best measurement) and it falls right on the 21" mark. LMK if you have any other questions. Thanks Michelle!
