Vintage Ms Kono Plus dress - approx size 12-14 or XXL

Vintage dress by Ms Kono Plus. I’m a size 10, height 5’4”in this photo and it is a little loose but feels good. There is room for it to stretch a couple sizes comfortably. I’d say it’s meant to be a modern day size 14. Has a string on waist band where there may have originally been a belt, but is not included. Overall excellent vintage condition. Elastic waist still in good condition.
