Size large Waist 20.5” Length 32.5” Belt: 3” wide Elastic - black Buckle matches skirt and top Length unstretched tip to tip 37” stretches to fit 108s13 Condition: vintage fair to good. No rips, no stains. Vintage smell. As noted before elastic in skirt is dry not stretchy.
