Vintage Ms Sugar brown dolman sleeve belted shirt dress M

Vintage brown dolman sleeve shirt dress with midi length pencil skirt. Belted waist and small side slit at the left hem. Black and white details at the trim. Label says Ms. Sugar but maybe handmade, there are some loose seam. threads at the sleeve hems and around the front button holes. Fabric is kind of a nubby cotton or cotton blend.
