What is the actual length of the sleeves, from armpit to the end of the cuff? Are the two buttons at the cuff "working" (open and close), or are they sewn closed and for decoration only? Are there two back vents (one on each side), or are those seams at the bottom of the back of the jacket closed? Are the three velvet tipped pockets on the front real pockets, or just for decoration?
