Vintage Multi Colored 🎪 Circus Striped Ascot blouse SZ M/L

Check out this bodacious, vintage blouse by unknown vintage brand (tags have been removed). The brightest…and coolest…striped, paisley pattern. Has a built in neck tie that threads through the collar and can be completely removed. Hidden button panel. Neat panels over gathered shoulders. Fabric covered buttons at wrist cuff and top, neck. If I had to guess material, I’d say perhaps a polyester rayon blend. It’s medium weight and feels a little silky, with nice flow and a light sheen. No stretch. Built in shoulder pads! No size tag either but fits like a modern medium to large but please see measurements in photos. In great vintage condition with no obvious flaws to note.
