Vintage Mustard Seed cutout floral dress

Very stylish cutout floral dress with zipper detail in the back and billowy skirt. Shoulder pads! Vintage, but NEW with TAGS! Size is labeled as a S, but it definitely fits like a 0 or XS Sorry, I never do private emails. It’s a Poshmark policy! I just put a new “original price” although I wasn’t the one who bought it and only wore it to try it on and photograph it before I realized that it didn’t fit anymore! The original owner passed away a few years ago so I can’t even ask her how much she paid for it. But I don’t think even she wore it as it’s still got the tags on it!
