Vintage My Name is Nicole 1965 Children's illustrated picture book

Great 1960s children's book with brightly colored illustrations depicting daily life for a French (or Quebeçois, as it was published in Canada) child. This is an English translated copy of the story, Le Journal de Véronique I, renamed "My Name is Nicole," for its Random House English edition. Good condition for its age except for some wear on the cover, including dents, and the presence of foxing (brown discoloration) which is concentrated on the inner cover and first and last pages.
