Vintage NVC design cubic zirconia pendant necklace

This gorgeous one-of-a-kind cz pendant necklace was designed by Nataliya V. Collister. It features a large, beautifully cut CZ stone, flanked by several smaller stones in a silver setting. It is in excellent preowned condition, and was likely designed in the 80s. I can find no 925 stamp, but she generally works in sterling silver, according to her website.
