Vintage NWT Scaasi Black Velvet and Tulle Party Prom Formal Dress Size 6. This dress is new, tags still attached. The only flaw is that I believe it may have had a belt/sash at one point because there are belt loops, just add your own to truly make this a standout dress. The dress has a sweetheart neckline with the body of the dress being velvet, the skirt is several layers of tulle, the back and sleeves are black mesh. Lovely little bow detailing on the back with hook/eye closure as well as a zipper. Measurements: Length: 36 inches, Pit to Pit: 15 inches, Waist: 14 inches.
