Vintage NWT Victoria Holley 100% Silk Blue Maxi Dress + Jacket Sz 14

New with tags.  Vintage 1990's/early 2000's era 100% silk. Jacket has light shoulder pads. 5 Mother-of-pearl style buttons down the front of the jacket. Both pieces are a size 14. Measurements are approximate as I am not a seamstress. Taken across the front while lying flat. Sheath dress: Chest- 20.5 inches, underarm to underarm Waist area- 17.75 inches, taken at the empire waist Hip area- 22.75 inches Length- 54 inches; from the shoulder to the bottom hem Thank you for looking today :)
