Vintage Nancy Ann Storybook Doll, January 187, Polka Dot Dress, 6.5" Plastic

Delightful vintage Nancy Ann Storybook doll wearing the most incredible orange, brown and teal polka dot dress. This is NASB #187 from the 1950s, part of the company's Dolls of the Month series. This particular doll is "January." She has chestnut brown hair, blue sleep eyes and a 6.5" hard plastic body. Her head, arms and legs move slightly. Featured on page 175 of the Encyclopedia of Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls Vol 2, in the section on Plastic Storybook Dolls: Dolls of the Month Series. CONDITION: VERY GOOD (Poor-->Fair-->Good-->Very Good-->Excellent-->Mint): She originally came with a bonnet, but that is missing. No significant flaws on dress, petticoat or bloomers. Moderately wispy/messy hair. Her dress has been steamed and her face/hands wiped but no further cleaning was done. No original packaging or wrist tag.
