Vintage Nancy Greer Dress Semi-Sheer Cap Sleeve Foliage Print

Vintage Nancy Greer Dress - Size Tag is missing so please refer to measurements - Seems to be S/M - Dress has pockets - It is semi-sheer - Hook and loop has been sewn below the belt I'm not sure if this is original or put in afterwards, also the belt has a snap put on that also seems that was not original - The snap can easily be removed - There is on stain on the belt - I have not tried cleaning it - Leaving all cleaning to the buyer - Please review all of to the photos for more details. No Holes - In overall good vintage condition - All measurements are with the garment lying flat. Underarm to underarm - 20" Shoulder to hem - 43.5" Waist - 13.5" stretches to 15" comfortably Hip (approx. 6" below waist) - 21" If you need additional photos or measurements let me know.
