Beautiful vintage charm including her blue eyes and dark lashes, high ponytail with a bow in her hair and on her dress. Made of bisque porcelain. Markings: Original Napco foil sticker and marking “C-8614” on the bottom CONDITION: Very good condition overall. A few of the larger blue petals are missing. Displays beautifully!
