belleshell measurements? and is it signed. I couldn't see it in the photo...thank you.

maydaymuse @belleshell hi, thank you for your interest! The measurements in the last photo show that it's 2.5" wide x 2" tall. By "signed" I mean it has the maker's stamp, like most Napier items.
