Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Green Turquoise Ring - Size 4.5

Dating to the 1960s or so, here's a Sterling Silver (tested, not marked) ring set with an oval cab of green turquoise or some other gemstone that simulates the look of "old pawn". Measuring a size 4.5 on my sizer, the ring is handmade by an artisan with a nice sense of design. The top has a length of 9/16" with a width of just under 1/2" on a straight line (ball to ball). Weight is 2.8 grams. Condition is very nice with a mellow look to the piece.
