Vintage Nautical Dress Gold Buttons

Beautiful vintage navy blue dress with gold buttons. 3/4 length sleeve, pockets. It had large belt loops where you can style a scarf or belt. It says size 12 but I wore this as a slightly oversized medium/6, so I’ve marked as size 8. Length is about 36” Bust is about 19” Waist with elastic is about 13”
