Vintage navy blue formal dress from Brilliante by J.A. Deep navy blue color Whole dress is two layers with an opaque lining and sheer top layer The top part of the dress is a lace-like sheer scalloped bottom layer with long sheer sleeves and lots of navy colored beads and sequins Has shoulder pads, but you can remove them if you’d like Scalloped neckline Note that there are missing beads and sequins and loose threads and this is a delicate piece.
