VIntage gorgeous navy blue Spun Rayon. Beautifully made. 2 piece dress. Rhinestone buttons and accents down the lovely "open" back. Size 8 Midi length dress. High puff shoulders. The skirt is lined. The waist is 27 Inches. Waist to Hem is 31 Shoulder to shoulder is 15 (not including the high poof) Neck to hem is 22 Underarm to underarm is 17 inches. Bridesmaid or Mother of the Bride! So 90's but would work now in a regal retro way. Non smoking home. Will need pressing.
