Vintage Navy Blue Velvet Cap Normand Durand Original 22 1/2

This is a vintage navy blue velour cap, hat from Norman Durand. It includes a hat pin. Size 22 1/2. Condition - the cap itself is in as found condition, excellent condition, however, there does appear to be a thread area on the front, I think you can see this in the picture, where there must have been some sort of adornment that is no longer there.
