Vintage Navy Button Up Pencil Skirt - Blue Silk Cotton, Wiggle, Secretary Preppy

It could fit like a pencil skirt or a wiggle skirt, depending on if you leave the bottom button open for more mobility.  Content: 53% silk, 43% cotton.  The outer fabric feels like a fine suiting fabric. It's smooth, medium weight, and almost shiny. The skirt has a full button down front, and the button placket is covered for a clean, minimalist look. There is no zipper and no center back slit. There are two front and two back belt loops, and two vertical welt pockets on the front. The outer skirt is in good condition. Some parts of the blind hem on the lining are coming unstitched, and there's a few rips on the lining seams near the bottom of the skirt. You can't really see these flaws from the outside.
