Vintage Navy Demure Knee Length Dress with Keyhole Neck detail.

Bought this dress as a long button front dress that I converted into a knee length dress with keyhole detail at the chest. Also reinforced the inside seams where they were starting to pull (see photo that looks like tape). Dress is navy with white and blue tiny dots and all over floral. Elastic writs long sleeves. No rips, tears or stains.
