Vintage Navy Plaid Flannel High Waist Skirt

Vintage navy plaid flannel skirt, high waisted. Label is Summer Tulip and has 2 size tags (must have been altered at some point) - one is medium the other is large. Waistband measures 13 inches unstretched but there is elastic at the back. Zipper and button closure at the right side, black lining, in great condition!
