jsparks1130 @dorka50 100% Polyester Waist is stretchy but laying flat it’s about 18 in. across. Not really sure how it measures. I could wear this dress when I was wearing a size 14 in dresses.

jsparks1130 @isaalegrettc I’m 5’8” and I think it was right at the top of my knee when I wore it. I don’t wear things really short so it would probably be around the knee on you.
