Vintage Navy Polka-Dot Rosebud Mididress! EUC!

Adorable high waist vintage dress! Navy with white polka dots throughout except bottom bands which consist of stripes and rosebud pattern. Comes with extra belt that is not attached (shown in 2nd to last photo) - we were not sure how to style it! Chest is 15.5 inches pit to pit. Length from shoulder to waist is 14.5 inches. Waist is 13.5 inches across. Length from waist to bottom hem is 27.5 inches. Belt has an 8 inch attached portion at front and 21 inches at each side. Back zip closure is 19 inches long. Hips are 22-22.5 inches across. Extra belt is 51 inches long. Width of all belts is 13/16 inch. No size tag. Estimated to fit a size XS to S, possibly a size medium depending on desired fit. Listed accordingly. No fabric tag. Feels like a poly blend. Model is a size small/medium top, 68” tall. Excellent condition! All measurements are approximate.
