Vintage Navy Purse

Fun vintage bag by J. Miller. Very clean. Looks black with indoor lighting, but I feel it is navy, per the picture outside. The lining is definitely blue. No rips/spots, zipper on inner pocket works just fine. Looks like patent leather, but I feel that it is vinyl. Please let me know if you have questions!
