Vintage Navy polka dot dress Size M or 6

Adorable double breasted polka dot dress best fitting a 6, marked “m” from pier 1 imports clothing line in the 90s. Excellent vintage condition. Bust 16.5” across, waist 15” across and hip 17” across (a line so it can fit bigger) 34” long den top of shoulder. Hits me at just above the knee and I’m 5’7”
