Vintage Neiger Bros necklace//filigree Art Deco bib choker

This necklace is a naturally antiqued, brass Flapper style bib choker. All of the small solid brass dangles are there and hang from brass panels with domed filigree disks. It is a choker length of 17 inches, but can be adjusted down to 15 inches. It is from the 1930's and the style of the Neiger Brothers, but I can not be sure of its authenticity. Max Neiger and co. didn't mark their jewelry, but it was well made and this style.
