Vintage Neiman Marcus Jacket

I tried to do some digging on information about this jacket but came up empty. All I got from my digging is that from the tag it was probably released in the 80s. Quality is great, it’s heavy, very warm and feels tough. Genuine leather, green areas are 100% cotton, red back yoke is 90% wool, 10% nylon, jacket filler is 100% polyester. The size reads 38, I’m a 6’0 male and it fits me well. I have had this jacket for a few years now. There are two small imperfections, one small stain on the arm, and one small rip in the cotton, both imperfections shown in pictures. I imagine that both imperfections are easily fixable but knowing that I was going to sell it eventually i did not want to fix it in a way that could “ruin” the jacket.
